William A. Lybarger, Ph.D. holds a Masters Degree in Special Education and a Ph.D. in Psychology (behavior disorders). He currently serves as a Professor of Management, at Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
Over the years, Dr. Lybarger has worked as a director, administrator, manager, teacher, consultant, and executive coach in the Healthcare field. He has “been there, done that” in nearly every aspect of healthecare management.
He brings to the industry a record of publication, presentation of reality-based management strategies and teaching that supports his pursuit of organizational success templates which coincide with achieving sustainable competitive advantage. He has extensive training and experience in health and human service management, special education, quality assurance, performance management and regulatory compliance.
