The purpose of this study was to gather information about personality types and temperament traits of individuals with Asperger Syndrome (AS) and High Functioning Autism(HFA) and determine if these were related to the length of employment of these individuals. Findings would indicate that there are personality variables an ?Occupational Profile? that can be associated with adults who have AS/HFA which impact what types of jobs and how long these individuals maintain employment.
